I worked as an innovation designer with a multi-disciplinary team in a 7-week design sprint with a semi-secret R&D company in Silicon Valley. we worked in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and healthcare sector to build a system to tackle issues faced by the pharmaceutical cold chain. I contributed to finding the grassroots problem and market research. I also conducted primary research for a deeper understanding of the industry to build a scalable business models and strategies for implementation.

I worked as a design innovator at TCS DISQ which is a pre-incubation set-up to aid start-ups situated in Nashik, Maharashtra as a part of graduation project. We collaboratively worked on a research intensive project in the assistive-tech field for the healthcare domain. I conducted ground level secondary and primary research with deaf individuals (target audience) and other stakeholders. Working in this complex field of healthcare changed my approach towards users and how I draw insights. This helped me reframe my methodologies and learning to read unspoken emotions, facts and pain points. Overall, this helped me shape and grow as a design researcher.
