Built and scaled a design system on Salesforce Lightning (SLDS) in Figma. Integrated AI-powered tools into research synthesis, ideation, and prototyping cycles to accelerate delivery. ### Product Designer II @ Parallel Jan 2022 – Jan 2024 For a fintech service in the Philippines, led the design of their platform and website, focusing on simplifying financial processes and creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. This resulted in an 11% reduction in drop-offs and fewer rejections due to document upload errors. Additionally, redesigned their Warehouse Management System (WMS), achieving an 80% improvement in warehouse efficiency.
