I believe creating the right user experience begins with understanding various perspectives. Target users might come onto a platform for social or business reasons, but the expectation of using the platform will vary. I love solving interesting design challenges to give users an inclusive and intuitive user experience.
I've lived between the U.S and India all my life and my cross-cultural experience and has truly evolved my empathy for people and how we all connect on similar global needs despite our unique cultural realities. 
I'm most interested in designing for products with meaningful social impact.

+ Design owner of Blend’s low code builder platform, enabling our field teams to create polished lending products for our customers 
+ Provide analytics insights and design proposals to named customers, helping improve applicant and lender experience and inform strategic decisions

Took a brief pause from the corporate world to support small businesses through design consulting.
+ Assisted organizations on a range of projects, including website design, proof of concept prototypes as well as web and mobile application experiences.
+ Collaborated with a wellness retreat non-profit, a prescription compatibility mobile app startup, and a cancer tumor imaging platform startup.

+ Design lead for the M365 and AWS S3 onboarding experience for Splunk Cloud Data Manager

+ Performed foundational research to aid towards the goal of modernizing wholesale banking applications
+ Conducted data analysis from interview notes that resulted in detailed personas and customer journey maps of internal Wells Fargo team members involved in the loan process

+ Conducted a heuristic analysis, reviewed  existing personas and user stories
+ Presented recommendations for BidOps platform, largely for data visualization & interaction 
+ Worked directly with the CEO & CTO using customer feedback to design and prototype an entire in-app dashboard with interactive data visualizations using Tableau, Invision, and Illustrator showing key spend metrics for procurement (KPIs)- completed in coordination with Engineering timeline

Conceptualized the *Community* feature on Whistle's mobile application. 
+ Conducted user/market research - Competitive analysis and field research at dog parks (Interviewed dog owners and played with a lot of dogs)
