Project: HTB Predictor (2024–2025)
* Architected and implemented an end-to-end Python-based data reconciliation system that automates the integration of internal and external API vendor sources, processing 50,000+ daily market data points into machine-learning-ready datasets.
* Built and deployed an interactive Streamlit dashboard that visualizes predictions from three different HTB models, featuring dynamic filtering capabilities and performance metrics tracking—enabling traders to identify key factors driving hard-to-borrow status, compare model accuracy, and make data-driven decisions on potential trading opportunities.
* Conducted stakeholder demos and bi-monthly updates with senior leadership, clearly articulating product roadmap, progress, and trade strategy alignment.
* Owned post-launch maintenance, triaging bugs, incorporating feature requests, and managing ongoing user feedback.
Project: ETF Core (2023–2024)
* Developed a comprehensive ETF trading dashboard consolidating 100+ tickers and 1,000+ opportunities into a single view, streamlining market analysis and trade execution workflows.
* Drove platform adoption across 5+ senior traders through targeted training and iterative feature development, with structured expansion plans to scale to 10+ users.
* Led the end-to-end UI design process—collaborating with traders and stakeholders to define workflows—then directed a team of five front-end developers to build the production UI.
* Championed tool adoption through direct trader onboarding and iterative improvements.
