• Grew U.S. real estate data coverage via email to 16% within 18 months, with 5% of U.S. real estate transactions actively managed through Folio. NPS lift from -5 to +50.
• Directed product strategy and the roadmap, reporting directly to the CEO.
• Implemented user-centered processes that brought the entire company closer to our users. Conducted hundreds of user research interviews with agents, buyers, and sellers.
• Ran agile processes: daily standups and weekly iteration planning with the engineering team.

Dapper (the data mapper) was a web-based data extraction product allowing nonprogrammers to create an API from any website. As the technology matured, it powered a contextual dynamic display ads solution. I joined early on as the first designer and helped discover and grow the product. Once we had customers, I managed a small design team that designed dynamic ad campaigns.
