I'm a full-stack software engineer with a social science background. After completing my bachelor's degree in sociology, I explored my interest in technology by enrolling in programming courses. In my last course, my classmate and I built a game which allowed me to attain a computing specialization. Through that experience of problem-solving, teamwork, and accomplishment, I immediately became fascinated by the capabilities of computer software. 

Given my strong research and analytical background, I decided to integrate it with my web development skills (Javascript, Node, Ruby on Rails, Redux, React, HTML5, CSS3). As a result, I made a full-stack web-application that is a clone of Netflix and a job searching site that finds jobs based on keywords in the user's resume.
