• Contributed to the development and maintenance of Everest, an email success platform designed to improve deliverability and optimize performance for client campaigns using PHP and JavaScript.
• Built a full stack credit management system for the View Time Optimization feature to enable usage based billing and real time tracking of a tool that increases campaign views by up to 45%.
• Engineered and embedded targeted upsell modules into the user flow, resulting in a measurable increase in upsell conversions among trialing users over a 3-month period.
• Developed key components of a modular Account Configuration system enabling flexible feature packaging, reducing onboarding time and streamlining internal provisioning workflows. 
• Created the real time email preview dashboard for the Design & Content module, enabling marketers to review campaign rendering across inbox providers and devices, significantly improving pre-send QA workflows.

• Developed flexible algorithms for IHD, a healthcare analytics platform, following test-driven development practices to write unit and integration tests upfront, ensuring accurate and efficient patient data querying.
• Built the initial front-end framework for the new reporting system using CoffeeScript and HTML/CSS to allow users to visualize and tabulate data while maintaining compatibility across browsers and devices. 
• Refactored legacy CSS architecture to reduce stylesheet bloat, improving maintainability and enabling UI customizations that contributed to an increase in client retention.

integration with Qstream and reports for internal, analytical use.
• Collaborated with Qstream’s VP of Product Management to develop custom scripts essential
to the acquisition of Home Depot as a client.
• Aided in the maintenance and upkeep of the engineering Confluence documents, providing
walkthroughs and guides for the team to reference.
