- Leading design process for a 0-1 mobile product, making decisions on key features and visual identity in collaboration with founders and developers
- Develop scalable design system with 50+ components, color and typography guidelines, with focus on usability and accessibility
- Conduct user research and testing to inform and refine five core features
- Coordinate with 8 developers and co-designer regularly to determine design feasibility and adjusting scope appropriately

- Analyzed user interviews and KPIs to identify pain points in mobile app onboarding and navigation flows
- Revamped design library and introduced AI-driven features to better align with user needs and improve UX, projected to improve user signups by 50% and reduce support tickets by 25%
