I lead the Insights team at daisee, who build the data pipelines, backend and frontend for the core product. I am responsible for architecture, planning and engineering of services across our full stack, reporting to the CTO and collaborating with data science, the wider business and our customers.

• Led the end-to-end delivery of Chat, achieving a long-term strategic goal to offer AI and speech analytics across every channel

Design and implementation of various components across the full stack of daisee's core product, developer tooling and CI infrastructure. Additional responsibilities include high-level strategic planning, code and architecture review, and mentorship of junior developers. Some components I have designed and built:

• Squizzy, an abstraction layer over S3 and SQS to validate and pass Avro-encoded messages. Squizzy is one of the building blocks of our event-driven "V2" architecture.

• The V2 multitenant auth layer, including a standard library of OAuth2/OIDC primitives and serverless Lambda@Edge authorizers to integrate with Auth0.

• persistence.everything, a database testing and migration framework that enforces idempotent and reversible database operations, performs integration tests against production schemas, and manages mock databases for local development.

• Internal and client-facing documentation portals, including a CI pipeline to deploy CloudFront sites from markdown files.

• The "Insights" feature, a set of data pipelines and frontend components in React allowing non-technical analysts to rapidly iterate and deploy embedded dashboards to our core product.
