I’m Jack Florczyk, a Senior Product Designer with 10+ years of experience creating and scaling digital products in the tech industry. I’ve worked for startups and design agencies, building products, websites, and design systems from the ground up.

Currently at Fermat, I lead end-to-end product design efforts, designing intuitive, high-impact experiences that help our customers thrive. My work spans discovery to delivery, ensuring every design decision supports usability, scalability, and brand cohesion.

Previously, at Wongdoody, I specialized in visual product design, focusing on redesigning digital products for clients to make them more current and positioned for growth. I’ve also been the Founding Product Designer and First Product Designer for multiple startups, where I built teams, established design practices, and shipped beautiful, functional products from 0 to 1.

My experience includes designing for SaaS platforms, online marketplaces, traditional eCommerce, and Web3, with collaborations alongside brands like John Hancock, Coke, Verizon, TIAA, and ConEdison. Across every project, my goal remains the same: deliver thoughtful, engaging, and impactful design.
