I'm a product designer with over 10 years of experience building intuitive products for users. 

A little bit about me: 

I was the founding product designer at Bigeye, a data observability startup. During that time, I helped expand our design team, I implemented user-centered design processes, and lead the development of critical features, resulting in a substantial increase in product usability and POV win rate.

Prior to that, I spent 5 years as a product designer and researcher at NASA. In this role, I led the design of mission-critical tools for human spaceflight, enhancing operational efficiency and safety protocols. I also conducted extensive usability research, providing valuable insights into air traffic control operations and Urban Air Mobility.

Designed mission operations and mission planning tools for human spaceflight within the HCI Group at NASA Ames. These tools are used on multiple analog simulations, Mars rover missions, and have been tested aboard the International Space Station. I conducted usability research on next-generation air traffic control operations for en-route flight operations, aircraft separation, Urban Air Mobility, and Mission Assurance Systems.

During my time at Georgia Tech I was a research assistant within the Cognitive Engineering Center (CEC) in the Aerospace Engineering department. I conducted human-autonomy teaming research specifically on collaborative judgment and shared mental model interfaces. During this time I developed an autonomous vehicle simulator and interface that serves as a testbed for research. I was involved with experimental design as well as analysis of experimental data.
