A little bit about me: I was the founding product designer at Bigeye, a data observability startup. During that time, I helped expand our design team, I implemented user-centered design processes, and lead the development of critical features, resulting in a substantial increase in product usability and POV win rate. Prior to that, I spent 5 years as a product designer and researcher at NASA. In this role, I led the design of mission-critical tools for human spaceflight, enhancing operational efficiency and safety protocols. I also conducted extensive usability research, providing valuable insights into air traffic control operations and Urban Air Mobility. ## Work Experience ### Lead Product Designer @ Ethyca Jan 2024 – Present | New York, United States ### Senior Product Designer @ Bigeye Jan 2021 – Jan 2023 | San Francisco Bay Area Founding product designer at a series B data observability startup.
