I also became involved in Amazon’s interview process, gaining valuable experience in making thoughtful and informed hiring decisions. ### UX Designer I | Global Prime Experience @ Amazon Jan 2018 – Jan 2019 | Greater Seattle Area I returned to Amazon in July 2018 as an Associate UX Designer on the Global Prime Experience team. In this role, I collaborated closely with business partners and engineers to ensure my designs aligned with their goals while delivering a customer-friendly experience. I created high-fidelity mobile and desktop mocks using Sketch, which I then prototyped in InVision. I also conducted my own usability studies to validate design solutions and ensure they met customer needs. I also managed their social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, wrote the monthly newsletter, and supported various other marketing initiatives across the organization. ### Marketing and Communications Assistant @ Toronto Business Development Centre Jan 2015 – Jan 2015 To help celebrate their 25th anniversary, I worked at the Toronto Business Development Centre (TBDC) as a Marketing & Communications Assistant. For 25 years, TBDC has supported aspiring entrepreneurs in turning their ideas into successful businesses and has been recognized locally, nationally, and internationally as a leading business incubator. In my role, I managed TBDC’s social media platforms, maintained the website, and helped plan their 25th anniversary event.
