Member of the management team responsible for the startup of the company that was purchased as a division of an existing company which was failing.

- Responsible for rebranding logo and graphics for Activity Island and Water Trampoline attachment products.
- Responsible for designing and writing safety and instruction manuals for all new products.
- Responsible for production coordination with factories in China.
- Created and modified designs for private label accounts.
- Responsible for product rendering and sketches of prototype products.

A custom manufacture and supplier of medical garments for patients with Lymphedema.  

Hired as an intern to gain on the job training as an entry level Industrial Designer.  Provided the opportunity to be exposed to not only Industrial Designer responsibilities and task, but also the business related tasks associated with products once designed.   

- Worked with designers in new product development and research.
- Worked with production on prototypes and pattern making.
- Learned the FDA certification process and assisted with these duties.
- Provided design work on graphics and trade show booth design.
- Initiated and directed sponsored project with a local college to help test a new product.
