After 4.5 years at WorkRamp, I took the opportunity to enjoy a year off from employment and invest in my relationships and interests.

Highlights of my time off include serving as a juror on a multi-month federal trial, preparing an oral story for a Moth StorySLAM, diving deep into every exhibition on display at SFMOMA, and taking my first ever drawing class.

As Engineering Lead, I was focused on growing our Engineering Org and keeping it aligned on technical standards that would strengthen business impact, all while leading the most mission critical, high complexity projects that we had on our roadmap.

I was awarded the Engineering Org's "MVP" award for my efforts during FY2022.

Took a leadership role on significant customer and developer -facing initiatives ranging from a full revamp of the WorkRamp Employee LMS product's event management functionality to building our application's Datadog integration to grant the engineering org and ops team observability into product behavior.

Crafted multiple interview questions and served on the hiring panel for all 10 Product & Engineering employees that joined WorkRamp during a time period when the company tripled in size.

Joined WorkRamp as the 4th engineer on staff (employee #10) reporting directly to CTO. Along with entire engineering team at the time, built WorkRamp's Customer LMS product from scratch, which today accounts for ~20% of WorkRamp's revenue.

Primarily focused on core feature development for the WorkRamp application, while also regularly interfacing with customers and prospects to debug vexing technical issues or sell them on new functionality I was building.
