# Jack Ricci > Senior Software Engineer | Pulley, Ex-WorkRamp Location: Oakland, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/jackricci I'm a senior software engineer committed to building products and solutions that expedite the energy transition, improve housing affordability, and create people-centric, vibrant streets. As an early engineer at WorkRamp, I lived out the high growth startup experience as the company grew from $1.5MM to ~$20MM and over 500 customers. Naming just a few highlights: We built a product from scratch that would produce 20% of the company's revenue; grew a product, design, & engineering org from a single team of 4 reporting to the CTO to ~40 employees across 6 teams; saw $65MM in capital raised. I learned how to solve ambiguous, business-critical problems with high system complexity, and (most importantly) I saw how crucial quality collaboration at the team, org, company, and external levels is to accomplishing all of this. After taking a year off to enjoy life outside of employment, I'm excited to fuse learnings from the first 5+ years of my career with the broadened perspective my time off has given me in order to make an impact on causes dear to my heart. ## Work Experience ### Software Engineer @ Pulley Jan 2025 – Present | San Francisco Bay Area ### Homemaker @ Unknown Jan 2023 – Jan 2025 After 4.5 years at WorkRamp, I took the opportunity to enjoy a year off from employment and invest in my relationships and interests.
