I tackled the redesign of complex supplier-facing workflows at Wayfair, turning a fragmented, spreadsheet-heavy process into a more intuitive and scalable experience for merchants managing large product catalogs. Also collaborated closely with product, engineering, and operations to align on business rules and ensure the experience worked at scale for thousands of products and suppliers. Beyond this project, I contributed to broader supplier platform improvements, including bulk editing and merchandising tools, helping teams operate more efficiently across 16K+ suppliers and 14M+ products.
Led the end-to-end design of Bulk Edit Manager, a scalable tool for catalog merchandising teams to perform high-volume product updates across large datasets, addressing key friction points in error-heavy workflows and rigid table configurations. This work contributed to a broader transformation of catalog tools used by 28,000+ suppliers, increasing satisfaction from 3.5 to 4.4, with 83% of users rating the experience 4 or 5, and significantly improving efficiency and confidence in bulk merchandising operations.
I owned the end-to-end design of campaign creation, a core workflow in Wayfair’s monetization ecosystem. I redesigned the experience to reduce setup friction, support large SKU catalogs, and enable suppliers to manage campaigns across B2B, B2C, and international stores more effectively. This led to a reduction in cognitive load and usability gaps, and we launched to 7,000+ suppliers while driving a 23% increase in campaigns created across US and Canada and reducing errors and support tickets.

I owned the end-to-end product design for KomKom Wallet at Black Fin Consulting Group (BFCG), a stablecoin-powered fintech platform enabling users in emerging markets to protect savings from currency volatility and move money seamlessly across borders.
Defined and executed the product experience across mobile, including onboarding and KYC verification, wallet architecture, NGN–USD conversion flows, peer-to-peer and external transfers, crypto send/receive, asset swaps, and request-to-pay functionality.
Collaborated closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to translate complex payment infrastructure and blockchain systems into intuitive, banking-style experiences for both everyday users and advanced users, and built scalable design patterns and components for wallet management, transactions, and security flows, while supporting rapid product development and developer handoff.
