· Responsible for content creation, coordinated RFP responses, and client deliverables for the Equitable Request for Proposal process

· Engage directly with clients and brokers to manage the relationships, retain inforce blocks of business, and grow ancillary product sales

· Liaison directly with the Customer Service Team to project manage and create operational efficiencies for billing/implementation KPI’s and performance guarantees
