I shaped products and experiences, as well as created and managed global product marketing strategies to scale AutoCAD, Autodesk's flagship product with millions of users, across desktop, web, and mobile. I also led strategic partnerships with Microsoft, Box, and Dropbox.
Responsibilities included:
• Craft go-to-market strategies: Launch and grow multi-platform products globally
• Create positioning and messaging: Formulate and deploy go-to-market strategy, including differentiated positioning, messaging, naming, and innovative core product content for use across multiple channels that help accelerate customer purchase decisions and engage, acquire, and retain customers
• Lead major company initiatives: Launched the first strategic partnerships for AutoCAD with cloud storage integrations with Microsoft, Box, Dropbox, and Google Drive.
• People Leadership: Manage team of direct reports, as well as agencies and contractors
• Write main stage keynote scripts for our largest customer conference and compose thought leadership messaging for launches and communications
• Customer-centered: Identify product/feature requirements, AI workflows, and map journeys to optimize customer experience across touch points
• Develop target customer personas: Identify buyer personas leveraging data to enable precise marketing to target and engage specific audiences, increasing conversion rates
• Shape compelling stories: Promote programs and strategies internally and externally by developing executive-level presentations and deliverables, presenting to sales force and speaking at conferences
