I’m a Product Designer with 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS technology including digital signature tools and corporate e-learning platforms. My approach to product design is rooted in empathy to understand users as real humans who face genuine problems, and in creating solutions that reflect that understanding. Recently, I’ve helped my team better understand our users by leading surveys, interviews, and other research activities. These insights have informed decisions that drive adoption and support revenue growth. This included shaping paywall strategies that increased conversion from free to paid plans. I’ve also designed AI features that help users summarize documents, improve writing quality, and get answers quickly through a chatbot assistant. I led the initiative to build a new design system in collaboration with product and engineering to establish a shared source of truth across Figma, React, and Storybook. Additionally, I partnered with marketing to improve product pricing pages and free-trial experiences to optimize MRR growth. I get excited when my work digs into ambiguous problems that can turn into software that actually makes people’s lives easier.
