Hello! My name is Jacob and I love creating things that live in the browser. My interest in web development started in university during a web development class where we learned how to use php and heroku to build and host websites. The ability to create just about anything and share it quickly had me hooked and I haven't stopped building things since. I almost always have a couple personal projects in the works!

I'm excited to get into the industry and make a difference! I've been working with web technologies for around 3 years now, and I've had several internships where I've been able to employ my skills in a professional setting at a small and large scale. It's a hobby of mine to keep up with new JavaScript frameworks and tools (talk to me about Svelte!).

More personally, I'm an avid enjoyer of art and animation. I love shows like Arcane, Gravity Falls, and Bluey (if you know, you know). I'm always down to talk about animation in films and television. I also enjoy making my own art from time to time!
