As a founding member of Uber's Product Inclusion team I partook in design initiatives to remove barriers in transportation systems for excluded groups. Successfully launched several impactful features including Simple Mode for seniors, pronoun designation (3M+ users), sensitive shopping preferences (1M+ users), and service animal education for drivers (200K+ users).
