Enterprise security meets a best-in-class listener experience. ### Design & Product Strategy @ Cloud Sangha Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 | Earth Led the MVP design of Cloud Sangha, through determining which search patterns could best support meditators in accessing Cloud Sangha's group offerings. About Cloud Sangha: We are a diverse group of meditators dedicated to enriching our practice through expert mentoring and deepening community. Cloud Sangha started as a partnership between two renowned mindfulness meditation teachers — Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach — and two seasoned entrepreneurs and meditators — Ranah Edelin and Willem Bult. They came together to help transform lives and reduce suffering by making the deep integration of mindfulness teachings accessible to more people. Specifically, focused on design concepts, high-level product flows, IA, and messaging. ### Design & Product Strategy @ August Health Jan 2020 – Jan 2020 | San Francisco Bay Area Advised a new healthcare start-up in design and product strategy, specifically in codifying value for those August aim's to serve–in addition to crafting MVP flows and prototypes for user testing and iteration. ### Research & Content Strategy @ Entangled Group (now Guild Education) Jan 2020 – Jan 2020 | San Francisco Bay Area Conducted research in support of a human-centered look at how workers, hiring managers, entrepreneurs, and policymakers can rebuild a more equitable labor market together. ### Experience Designer @ Airbnb Jan 2017 – Jan 2020 | San Francisco Bay Area Responsible for leading and designing end-to-end digital experiences for the Airbnb community–hosts and guests– through owning opportunity definition, design research, UX/UI, prototyping, usability testing, product launch, and iteration on my projects. Collaborated with many to build and develop Airbnb for Work, which at that time what responsible for 10-15% of Airbnb's overall revenue.
