• Led feature-level project management for the fast-growing world’s first digital comics platform with 5M+ daily, 72M+ monthly users. Improved the app’s overall UX including ads, internal tools, user-generated content community, and account flows with cross-functional teams.
• Improved app ratings (iOS 3.0→4.6, Android 3.9→4.9) by identifying declining user sentiment from daily voice-of-customer reviews and initiating a user flows redesign.
• Redesigned the PC website, achieving 13M+ daily page views by leveraging usage logs and user behavior trends to resolve technical legacy and ensure cross-platform UX consistency across Android, iOS, mobile and desktop web.
• Launched the “Daily+” new tab achieving 270K+ daily views, to expand the creator-consumer ecosystem. Led data-driven design decision and iterative improvements. Co-authored 3 patents on content discovery and recommendation.
