- Built, managed, and launched multiple apps from scratch including shako.ai, our standalone chatbot app, (100k+ users in 2 weeks) using React and Zustand while working closely with the BE team and executives.
- Added 40k+ code changes of new features and fixed lingering bugs on Hive Dashboard, Hive Micro (data labeling consumer platform), and the thehive.ai website during the on-call period in a swift manner.
- Improved the frontend performance of certain features by more than 20% in speed and 12% in increased user activity using concepts such as virtualization, memoization, lazy loading, LCP, and CLS layout shifts.
- Redesigned the nav bar on thehive.ai for both desktop and mobile responsiveness in React and PHP.
