At Ford EVDD group Jae is leading a team of cross functional product designers to realize Ford’s future digital product strategy that upholds the mission of making mobility a fundamental right for anyone at scale while improving our planet’s sustainability. 

At Google Jae inspired the organization to reimagine what connecting, creating and collaborating can become for the future of work.

At Amazon Jae led in inventing Echo Show, an industry first multimodal product category in addition to other digital product experiences for Amazon devices group. 

At Microsoft he was part of design leadership that created Metro design for Windows Phone 7, an IDSA gold award winning mobile user interface.

Jae’s leadership approach is to inspire design, business and technology partners to be curious and to empower all to deliberate on a point of view. 

Jae believes at the core of product innovation are the people who create them. He strives to nurture people with diverse expert skills and background so that they can better design for humans.
