12 years orchestrating successful native Mobile App launches for corporate ventures, SMEs, and startups, and driving communities of experts.
I jumped from a top Computer Science school directly into consulting with a personal vision of Finding Myself, of falling in love with All The Common C-Level skill arenas (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Design, etc), and of deepening a specialty vertical (End-to-End from hardware through multi-platform front-end). I've accomplished these.
I'm settling now, but in this previous decade I worked remotely around the world and the United States with a home base in San Francisco, Seattle, or Minneapolis, depending on the year, and I now bring extensive multicultural coworking experience and international business communication skills.
Apple platform development has had my heart this whole time and I prefer to code natively in Swift and Objective-C and to foster excellence and community there. I happily code heads-down or collaboratively AND I happily lead projects and teams E2E part-time -- my leadership philosophy evolves around cultivating cultivators, initiative, and identity. I am highly coachable, driven, service-oriented with great boundaries, playful, and am not indecisive.
I've launched dozens of apps for companies of all sizes and stages, led teams (small, short-term), led cross-disciplinary impact, led workshops, and trained 1-1s and groups.
I prefer to work on projects that are deeply loved by someone (someone's "baby") and where mobile is a primary path for the product or service or vision. I also enjoy product direction & concept work, even when I don't recommend mobile as the initial direction and need to pass it forward.
