Led UX process from concept to launch for 4 core functionalities - dashboard, reporting, AWS & Azure data protection, and security. Produced deliverables for each phase of the design process - requirement analysis, storyboarding, conceptual models, wireframing, IA, navigation and user flows,

high-fidelity interactive prototypes, and detailed UI hand-offs.

Brainstormed and prototyped several detailed concepts in collaboration with fellow designers, product management, engineering, QA, and content strategy teams to define the product roadmap, make informed design decisions, lead iteration cycles, and get feedback early on in the process.

Contributed to building design system and adoption of Clumio design standards, and improved customer experience by designing new patterns and micro-interactions.

Worked on Tariff Management, an airline analytics platform. Researched and designed the insights dashboard to improve the productivity of pricing analysts. Conducted usability tests on the existing analytics tool to discover user pain points and design solutions.
