•Set up integration processes to allow our clients to send information via SFTP in .csv or .zip format. This will upload it to an AWS s3 bucket or Azure blob storage, then to our system to parse, read, and load into our database.
•Worked as leading technical member of the Engineering Support Team, responsible for debugging all issues from Urgent -> Normal priority, as well as grooming the JIRA queue, assigning tickets, and coordinating QA testing and
production deployments.
•Responsible for on-boarding new interns by ensuring they have an understanding of our workflow process, an
understanding of our codebase, and regularly have level-appropriate tickets to work on.
•Worked often with non-technical stakeholders, gaining the ability to have technical and non-technical discussions
with anyone in the company.
•Upgraded our codebase from Rails 4 to Rails 5.2
•Implemented the connection to Azure Cloud for our application so a client could choose between AWS and Azure.
