Ghost AI is a pre-seed startup founded by former OpenAI research scientist and co-founder of MineRL (acquired by OpenAI), Will Guss. Ghost automates outbound sales.
First hire at the company. Built AI sales outbound agents (both automated and human in the loop) achieving overall reply rates up to 32% per outbound campaign. Built pipeline to send emails through both Gmail and Mailgun APIs, set up cron job to retrieve new messages across multiple inboxes, and created custom CRM for internal use to view email threads and approve outbound emails with shadcn/ui.
