Fullstack engineer working on Spotify Portal for Backstage, a SaaS internal developer portal built on the open-source Backstage framework. Primarily working in TypeScript with React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.

Worked on a range of projects over a nearly 6 year period, including modernising the foundations of the bank's primary operations interface used daily by thousands of staff, building a centralised deployment system for serverless web applications on AWS and finishing up with a 2 year stint as an early engineer on a new mortgage origination system where I established the initial frontend architecture. Focus throughout was TypeScript and React on the frontend, though most roles involved the wider stack too.
