I am James Li, a senior product designer with over 8 years of experience.  I specialize in solving complex user experience issues through cross-functional collaboration and rapid prototyping. Throughout my career, I have spearheaded many strategic design and mentorship efforts to transform and monetize complex digital products for both consumers and businesses

I am multidisciplinary, with a holistic emphasis on research, ideation, and testing. These are the cornerstones and fundamental principles of my design process, and I am very comfortable leading, adapting, and executing this process to guarantee maximum project efficiency and user satisfaction. I am also a great communicator with a natural ability to advocate and lead conversations whenever necessary. I believe that great product design requires three core skills: design, facilitation, and communication.

In my spare time, I enjoy learning and experimenting with new things. I like to acquire new skills to expand my knowledge and stay current with the latest trends. That's why last year, I graduated with a Master of Science in Business Design from USC, which allowed me to further develop my expertise and broaden my horizons.

Online Store Experience: Lead the end-to-end design and experimentation for Amazon’s SNAP EBT and
FSA/HSA payment experiences, optimizing the checkout flow to address key customer pain points and
increase conversion. Design and experiment new EBT item variants and EBT homepage layouts to improve basket size and engagement. Partner with leadership to define the long-term vision and roadmap for the future of government-assisted payment experiences, expanding t he program’s strategic scope and impact.

### Senior UI/UX Designer @ Adobe
Jan 2024 – Jan 2024 | San Francisco Bay Area
Led the end-to-end design and animation for the interface of Adobe Gen Studio's event information kiosk for the global onsite events.
- Achieved a 82% task (scan QR code) completion rate with attendees.
- Collaborated with Adobe marketing leaders to brainstorm the Hexagon concept to align with the event theme.
- Led the full design cycle including: vision exploration, design ideation, engineering handoff, and device testing.
