Tech lead for a NPI project - lead engineering team of EE, ME, and FW engineers while integrating our team's work with other engineering teams (product, software, manufacturing, etc) within the company

Responsible for full product life cycle of the electrical contents of intelligent LED lighting fixtures. This has included prototyping innovative designs, developing, testing, and seeing products through manufacturing and production. Key design goals include optimized electrical performance, thermal reliability, long term performance, and DFM/DFA. I have worked hand-in-hand with firmware, mechanical, and optical engineers in order to produce the most efficient and reliable product possible.
