I’ve been building applications for distributed and cyber-physical systems since about 2012 when I joined my first startup in the renewable energy sector. I greatly enjoy learning about complex STEM-related problem domains and modeling them in software. To that end, I tend to seek out opportunities where I'll be able to wear hats as both a software developer and designer of systems. I've worked on a number of distributed controls and mission-critical resource management applications, which have involved everything from micro-controllers in the field to microservices deployed in large enterprises. I love being on a career track where I get to apply technology in ways that have the potential to enrich the lives of others.
