User experience was tailored to work on and synchronize between mobile, desktop and living room media devices. Led strategic integration of media vendors like Netflix, Pandora and others into the user experience. ### Interaction/Visual Designer @ Zero G Software Jan 2003 – Jan 2005 | San Francisco Led design efforts for the Zero G company brand, marketing, and product line of multi-platform installers. Responsible for various informational graphics, data sheets, corporate website, product packaging, and more, across multiple languages and markets. Successfully helped, through a range of promotional and sales materials, position Zero G for acquisition by Macrovision in 2005. ### Interaction/Visual Designer @ Charles Schwab & Co. Inc. Jan 2000 – Jan 2002 | San Francisco Led design strategy, visual design and interaction development of the first-generation networked digital signage system in use by the Schwab branches. The system was comprised of 4 edge-to-edge plasma displays in a multi-configuration 'liquid billboard', a standalone 'totem' kiosk, and a 'Schwab TV' 50" plasma. Designed a dashboard website for merchandising managers to remotely plan, administer and monitor merchandising plans in the Schwab branches.
