Led multiple teams to advance company initiatives across growth, automation, and customer experience. I also contributed to architecture and hands-on development of complex systems and meaningful products. A few of my accomplishments:
• Spearheaded a cross-functional initiative to develop AI-generated care plans tailored to customers’ home care needs, enhancing care quality and customer satisfaction.
• Drove automation and optimization of 20+ operational and customer support workflows within our internal admin tool, reducing operational expenses.
• Directed an effort to optimize inefficient queries and extract application logic from a monolith to separate micro-services, eliminating related production outages.
• Architected and built an in-house analytics platform, capturing user behavioral insights to inform data-driven product enhancements.
• Formed a Core Web team to develop a Design System and optimize frontend build and deployment pipelines, increasing frontend engineering velocity across the organization.
