As the sole developer, built a two-sided marketplace where music labels and recording artists hire TikTok creators to use promoted songs in videos. To date we have facilitated over 1,400 creator campaigns wherein over 7,800 creators have been paid over $1.2 million and generated almost 2 billion views for our customers.
● Worked with product lead to shape product direction, design features, and plan technical implementation
● Built a web client for sponsors to plan, launch and monitor creator campaigns
● Built a web client for creators to browse and participate in campaigns
● Built an admin client for internal use for managing customer relationships, running quality control on videos submitted to campaigns, and ensuring the success of campaigns
● Built another app under BigTinySound called Stormy: a subscription based, AI-powered brainstorming app which assisted creators in making short form video content

Rapidly developed Augmented Reality experiences and tools for various clients on a team of 3 freelancers.
● Developed branded AR experiences for ARKit and ARCore in Unity(C#)
● Client brands include Estee Lauder and TetraPak
2019 — 2019
Designed, built, marketed, and piloted an application to reduce wait times for personnel hoists on high-rise construction sites.
● Gathered user sentiment around a pain point in high rise construction: manually operated personnel hoists are inefficient and wait times are inconsistent
● Built an MVP of the solution using React and Firebase
● Marketed the app via direct outreach to construction management professionals on LinkedIn
● Ran a pilot program for the app on a 30+ story job site in midtown Manhattan to validate the concept and gather user feedback
● Made the decision to shut down the project based on feedback from users which reflected a conflict in motivation between management and labor on job sites - while management was enthusiastic about the app reducing wait times for personnel hoists, workers were resistant to use it because waiting for a hoist constitutes an impromptu break
2018 — 2019
Led development on a team of 3 engineers for a prototyping tool allowing designers to create interactive mockups in Virtual Reality.
● Worked with product lead to shape product direction, design features, and plan technical implementation
● Ran user testing sessions wherein designers and other creatives used our tool and gave feedback on UX
● Planned technical implementation roadmap with 2 other developers, delegated tasks, and managed deadlines
● Designed and built systems and interactions in Unity(C#)
