Promoted to lead production design across all Lifestyle Solutions brands, including Coddle. I sit at the intersection of creative, marketing, product, and eCommerce—owning the execution, accuracy, and consistency of creative assets from concept through launch.
I partner closely with Creative Direction and Marketing leadership to turn ideas into production-ready deliverables that support DTC, eCommerce, retail partners, social, PR, and paid media. My role focuses on building scalable workflows, tightening cross-team collaboration, and ensuring assets are delivered on time, on brand, and launch-ready.
What I do:
• Own end-to-end creative production workflows across multiple brands and channels
• Translate creative concepts into high-quality production assets for PDPs, campaigns, retail, and advertising
• Build and maintain standardized product-lifecycle workflows, milestones, and QA processes
• Manage DAM organization, versioning, and asset accessibility
• Oversee short- and long-form video editing for campaigns and product launches
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, eCommerce, merchandising, studio photography, and offshore design teams
• Ensure item content accuracy (specs, dimensions, swatches, assembly guides, imagery) across all sales channels
Leadership:
• Directly manage and mentor a Production Designer
• Set priorities, assign work, and provide quality control across packaging, retouching, and production assets
• Drive process improvements that reduce friction and increase speed without sacrificing quality
