• Rearchitected and rebuilt our SDK bundle generation services to be resilient against latency & load spikes, serving millions of bundles per hour with near-100% availability
•Unified SDKs with Auryc (session replay) after acquisition to combine Heap quantitative data capture with Auryc's qualitative session replay capture
• Led product team responsible for building out privacy configuration center within the application that allowed users to customize privacy settings applied to billions of messages daily on the SDK and backend data collection pipelines
• Led team ops - creating best practices, training engineers to on-call, and reduced ops burden by >90% over the last 2 years by fixing malformed services and properly tuning alerts
