I manage Product Design for our 'Flexibility' division, where I oversee: Design Systems, Workflows, Custom Fields, and Platform. I oversaw the launch of our design principles, language and our new Design Guidelines website and have had my management responsibilities increased continuously.

In addition to these deliverables, I have also built a team culture that I am extremely proud of while putting designers in position to be successful and to fit their skillsets. I have prioritized helping designers grow in identified areas to further their career and really enjoy that part of my responsibilities the most.
