I worked very closely with engineering, product management and executives to ensure we solved the right customer problems and led all prototyping and user research. While I was at AutoGravity, I was involved in the initial launches for each platform as well as internal tools we used to manage data, access and reporting. ### Manager UX Design @ Evisions Inc. Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 | Irvine, Ca I was a part of the Product Management team where I help lead user focused design initiatives for our different products. This involved working closely with the product teams to understand pain points and business goals of each product. With this information, I can then craft an experience for the user through techniques such as user flows, wire-framing, prototyping, story boarding and then usability testing to validate designs. I also designed out our design system and guidelines site that was used across all of our products between our research and higher education applications. This included working closely with the VP of Online, Director of Online, the web, and design team to make sure we solved all of our business initiatives and made the experience better for the user.
