Product Designer within the HP Global Digital Experience & Marketing Innovation team. Leading end-to-end ux design and user research initiatives ensuring a cohesive, delightful, innovative, and user-friendly ecosystem across HP.com.
Core responsibilities:
•Discover and empathize with our B2B and B2C user's pain points through qualitative moderated studies within each BU and report share to key stakeholders delivering actionable solutions
•Optimizing the marketing framework by strengthening brand trust and loyalty through designing digital experiences that exemplify great storytelling, simplicity, and human-centered guided customer journeys
•Collaborate with key stakeholders and managing partners to define KPIs, plan and conduct user research, implement data-driven design enhancements, launch, and re-test to measure success
•Lead design and collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to optimize key business landing pages based on B2B benchmark study.
•Lead designer in the HP Planet Partner's Global Ink and Toner Cartridge Recycling B2B SaaS; Optimizing dashboard and recycling supplies ordering confirmation flow
