Jamie is an interdisciplinary designer working at the intersection of design, technology, humanity, and inclusion. With 15+ years of professional experience, she spent over 10 years leading product design for notable Fortune 500 companies in Silicon Valley. The first 5 years of her creative career were spent in Los Angeles as a visual communications designer focused on commercial design, illustration, and packaging before pivoting into tech. Her professional skills range from traditional graphic design, branding, print, motion, prototyping, and building digital products and experiences that encompass inclusive and innovative interfaces.

At Airbnb, Jamie leads product design initiatives overseeing the Airbnb Design System and Design Tooling teams while championing inclusion to design a world where anyone can belong anywhere. As a culture champion serving as a Global Chair on Airbnb's Diversity & Belonging leadership committee, she fosters community and drives cultural awareness and social impact to support marginalized communities through philanthropic initiatives. 

Previously, at Meta (fka Facebook) Jamie led company-wide initiatives as a Design Operations Program Manager, spearheading Design Education, Accessibility, and Product Quality initiatives. She later rekindled her passion for design, getting hands-on, helping craft the Facebook Interface Guidelines design system as well as build and shipped popular features like 'Stories' to the world.

Before graduating college, Jamie received a full-time offer from Marissa Mayer (Google's first-female-engineer/20th-employee turn Yahoo CEO) and became Yahoo's founding Design Associate leading design across Flickr, Tumblr, and Yahoo's suite of products: Mail, Messenger, Homepage, Finance, Sport and more.
