• Hired as the first Business Recruiter at the organization to scale our recruiting operations and help grow the company from 50 people to roughly 750 people

• Recruit talent for high-priority and niche roles within the Core and Business pillars

• Own stakeholder relationships and strategically partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance to drive the hiring of business talent across all levels

• Build out hiring plans to ensure a smooth and enjoyable candidate experience
