Sole content strategist for the ADT + Google Nest partnership, supporting 7 tracks of work, including research support, working with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver clear and consistent final content.
Sole content strategist for the primary OOBE flow, I worked, with key stakeholders, to simplify a very long and involved flow, ensuring user completion to increase adoption.
Through a partnership with research, I identified and presented to key stakeholders potential hurdles to adoption for users, prompting engineering to search for a viable solution.
Successfully led the UX team in a presentation to leadership to ensure the Android framework would support all surfaces, including security.

Hired for the second as a Content Strategist (UXW) @Google by the People & Sharing team. People & Sharing is responsible for infrastructure and UI components that are used by 1B+ users.
Led the development of an internal website to spread the People & Sharing components Google-wide, including forming the team, launch plan, and research and feedback loops to define the MVP. Impact improves developer velocity and reduces the burden of maintenance and privacy/compliance considerations, and increases user confidence when connecting with others.
Sole content strategist for several projects/features unveiled at Google’s 2020 IO, including the ability to remove a “People suggestion” in Google Photos.
In general, I unified People & Sharing terminology across Frontend and Backend (70+ terms and definitions), led the naming of components and features, led the creation of P&S design principles, developed writing guides, and provided a method to prioritize P&S projects.
Of course, delivered content for buttons, errors, dialogs, flows, and features.
