Wore multiple hats, sometimes all at once. Led end-to-end produc development as a designer, product manager and sales. Led projects, strategized & collaborated with founders and key stakeholders for diverse clients ranging from e-commerce, travel to SaaS.

Redesigned Thumbtack’s referral program, a home services marketplace, boosting sign-ups by 14%. Designed and launched 2 new entry points to drive customer growth.

Growth - Customer Acquisition

Led the redesign of HSBC's subsidiary Hang Seng Bank’s insurance platform as the sole product designer, streamlining mobile and web experiences for 100K+ customers. Drove product strategy, prototyped fast, and rallied cross-team alignment. Resigned to pursue product design career in San Francisco Bay Area, CA.

Customer Experience - Insurance

Spearheaded the 0→1 design of an EdTech platform, leading user research, rapid prototyping, and testing to shape core features. Partnered with PMs and engineers to define product roadmap. Co-taught a UX Bootcamp for 24 students and led design thinking workshops for clients like HSBC and Airport Authority.
