I earned my PhD in materials science and engineering from the University of Connecticut in the summer of 2023 with a research focus on refractory ceramics for aerospace applications, including research related to synthesis, processing, and characterization of technical ceramic oxides. This work has led to a position at Saint-Gobain, where I conduct research and development of ceramic systems for a variety of applications relevant to industrial projects. These experiences have fostered my continued love for materials science, and I look forward to a career full of opportunities for innovation.
