As part of my role, I design custom AV systems for Google, targeting various locations across the U.S. and Canada. My focus includes videoconference rooms, multi-purpose rooms, audio systems, and digital signage.

To improve project management efficiency, I've developed template-based standard designs along with a cloud-based process workflow. Additionally, I've created internal standards and modular Bills of Materials to streamline our moves/adds/changes program.

In collaboration with IT, audiovisual, and event service providers, I led significant upgrades to our video production systems, event support, and infrastructure. We improved operational efficiency and enhanced the audience experience by coordinating the installation of a cutting-edge PBX phone system, optimizing student services, and setting up an advanced video wall. This streamlined our event execution process considerably.

* Led live streaming solution during main auditorium renovation, broadcasting weekly student events to auxiliary lecture halls and engaging over 500 students and staff.

I was instrumental in the launch an online boutique clothing store and establishing the fundamental customer service protocols and market entry strategies. I supervised a team across various operational areas such as marketing, branding, customer satisfaction, and order fulfillment. My focus was on enhancing business efficiency and improving client retention.
