Worked on the Content Authoring team to build tools that allow content creators to construct training courses in Virtual Reality.

Product release resulted in better user perception, faster performance, and compliance with AAA a11y standards.

Worked on central microservice to enable users to write and create digital textbooks and course materials, serving ~17,000 courses and ~287,000 users daily.

Increased microservice usage (rollout) from ~30% to 100% and improved service success rate from ~80% to ~99.8%.

Championed improvements to documentation, resulting in fewer bugs and faster developer onboarding.

Created first iteration of the software using a backend built in TypeScript/Express.js, with TypeScript/React/Redux frontend.

Used prototype to raise a round of angel funding. Hired and onboarded a developer to progress the product.

Built and trained Machine Learning algorithms using Keras and TensorFlow.
