Collaborated with lead product designers at KQED to improve the project through mentorship and feedback on uplifting youth electoral engagement. Led the team of student designers to further develop concept and visual design of the project. Conducted comprehensive research, interviews, data analysis, user-centric concept development, wireframing, and prototype development.

Collaborated with a team as a student researcher and designer of a physician-patient pairing app project, and received a formal recognition and grant/award from the SJSU design department and RSCA Fellowship. Researched and developed an app surrounding the emerging issues in the healthcare system, specifically addressing implicit biases preventing people from finding gynecologists who prioritize their individual needs. Designed a tool that visually represents a unique pairing system between patients and gynecologists. Interviewed professionals and primary sources to further develop user experience.

ES-West is a leading manufacturers representative providing solutions for the military, medical, semiconductor, industrial products, transportation and utility industries (testing equipment and custom OEM electronics).

I worked under the supervision of sales engineers with prospective leads by generating a smooth sales process for military, medical, and industrial equipment for stress-testing manufactured products and assessed customer's needs and satisfaction through demonstrating product solutions and ensuring the company's needs by finding new sales leads through cold calls and follow ups.
