Founded Inspirigirl, a fiscally sponsored nonprofit initiative providing free technology education to female and non-binary students worldwide.

• Leading coding and technology courses for students ranging from elementary school to post-college.

• Building an active community of 500+ students and 30+ high school and college volunteers across 13 countries, including New Zealand, Vietnam, and Brazil.

• 13% 2025 acceptance rate, 1 of 40 accepted from applicant pool of 300+.

• Analyzed financial case studies at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), evaluating investments based on risk, funding structure, credit, and strategic goals.

• Evaluated economic policies implemented by the IMF and studied their impact on developing economies.

• Collaborated with peers to explore development strategies and policy proposals in emerging markets.

(2024) Clinical Studies Intern under the mentorship of Dr. Jake New and Dr. Laura Nicholson. Conducted analysis of electronic health record (EHR) data for patients with acute myeloid leukemia. Contributed to the development of app features for upcoming digital clinical trials on the MyDataHelps platform. Presented project for UCSD OPALS program.

(2023) Research Intern at the Andersen Lab under the mentorship of Dr. Joshua Levy. Advanced the application of bioinformatics to avian influenza disease surveillance using Freyja, a wastewater-based variant detection tool.

Selected twice as one of 15 high school interns from an applicant pool of 550+ (total cohort of 48 including high school, college, and graduate students).

Presented original research findings at the institute’s annual poster symposium (2023, 2024).
